We're sorry to inform ya'll we've decided to close the shack down. As you may, or may not know, the restaurant business is VERY labor intensive. The slow-cooked, authentic BBQ business is even more time consuming. So after more than 3 years of sacrifice, we've decided to put our family life FIRST, and say "Good Bye" to 80 hour weeks, and the uncertainty of the food business. As we often said, "It's like having a BIG party and NOBODY RSVP'd."

We can't begin to express our gratitude to our patrons and friends who've helped make Billy Bob's a success. We've had a great run, and now it's time to move on.
